In this project, I select Tea Culture as my research subject and study it from a number of different perspectives. There is a series of five books, and each of them tells one aspect of tea culture. All of the illustrations, photographs, layouts, and texts are my work.

The illustrations in books are created by Procreate on iPad, telling the history of the tea culture. To learn more about the stories about tea culture, I read articles, interviews, and academic research papers as much as possible.

My photographs mainly focus on representing the characteristics of various tea leaves. All my tea leaves come from an old tea shop in New York China Town.
